Below is a list of information that will be needed for your application. Your loan officer will let you know if any additional documentation is necessary once you have chosen a loan program designed to fit your specific needs.
- 30 Days paystubs
- Most recent 2 years W-2’s
- 2 Year tax returns if self-employed or commissioned
- 2 Months bank statements (all pages)
- Copies of all asset statements (401K, IRA, TSP, etc.)
- Names and addresses of each employer in the past 2 years
- Copy of divorce decree, separation or child support papers (if applicable)
- Addresses of other real estate owned and loan information
